Within the warranty period, on the condition that all the goods are being used properly, if there is any problem with our goods, the customers can send the problem part back to us, and we will fix the problem part, or replace the problem part with a new one.
How can I select the right product?
Firstly you need to tell us your requirements such as where are you prepared to use, viewing distance, size, installation height, and some other details for the LED screen that you want. And then we will give you a recommendation.
How long will it take me to get the product?
We will send the goods as quickly as possible, but often it will take 1-2 weeks to get the goods if shipping by air, 4-6 weeks shipping by sea/train according to the distance, and some other necessary processes.
