In order to enrich the amateur cultural life of employees and further cultivate the team awareness and team spirit of all departments in the company. To create a harmonious collective atmosphere and enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, NSELED held a team-building activity on September 15, 2023 with the theme of “Life is Good, Lucky Every Day”. In this activity, the Normal Production and Metal production team, Designing Team, Sales team, Marketing Team, and Management Team from Shenzhen, Changsha and branches across the country gathered together and enthusiastically participated in this large-scale annual party. This is a process of starting from scratch, from unfamiliar to familiar. Whether it was games or participation in activities, we all got exercise in a relaxed atmosphere and gained a lot of knowledge.
14:00-14:30 Gather at the event location
At two o’clock in the afternoon, everyone gathered together and took photos of the big family. The atmosphere was very harmonious. After taking photos and counting the people, everyone began to divide into different groups and drove to the event venue to gather – Shenzhen Sigma Coffee Park.
14:30-16:30 Indoor Party
After the gathering, everyone started an indoor party and chose a variety of interesting activities. This session mainly continued to increase the distance between everyone. At the beginning of the event, some people chose the classic Werewolf identity board game, which was very brain-burning and required tacit cooperation. During the game, everyone was constantly competing with logic and thinking, and colliding with language and vocabulary. After the game, everyone was still discussing it. As the saying goes, “If you walk around the mahjong table, you won’t have any worries.” Mahjong has such a magical effect, so some colleagues choose classic mahjong with different rules. In this process, everyone battled wits and courage, and the atmosphere was very lifelike and joyful.
16:30-18:30 Teamwork Games
After the indoor party, we came to the teamwork game session. This session is mainly to cultivate cooperation among the teams. The person in charge of the event took the microphone and hosted the event. The host first divided the big team into four groups, with 10 people in each group, and competed in turn. After forming the team, everyone gave their group a loud and domineering name. Some were called the Invincible Team, and some were called the Victory Team. They all represented everyone’s passion and confidence in the next work, which made them even more inspiring. Improved everyone’s team spirit. The competition is divided into four links in total. The first link is hoop-making. As long as the doll is caught in the hoop, points can be scored. The second link is hand-in-hand passing through the hula hoop. 10 people hold hands and pass through the hula hoop. During this period, everyone don’t let go of the hands holding each other, otherwise you will have to start all over again. This level tests everyone’s speed, so it requires tacit cooperation between the teams; the third link is building blocks and throwing pots, which tests everyone’s balance ability and insight; the fourth link is throwing dice, this link requires each team The captain competed with other teams for luck, and the scene was still very interesting. In preparation for the game, the team members discuss countermeasures together, find the key points to win, and make suggestions for the team’s victory. The game started, everyone cheered for each other and gave timely encouragement even if the team did not win a certain number of points. During the competition, everyone broke the distance between people and enhanced communication with each other. During the competition, the four teams chased each other, which enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. After the game, everyone had a great time reminiscing and took a group photo.
18:30-20:30 Karaoke & Dinner
After the intense group fun game session, it was time for our dinner. First of all, we held a birthday party for this quarter. Before the birthday party, Mr. Lan gave a wonderful speech. His words conveyed full strength to us. I believe that in the future, we can continue to explore and innovate for new goals and contribute to our success. The new future is constantly striving for. After the speech, a delicious cake was brought, and the birthdays of this quarter were invited to the stage, and everyone gave birthday wishes together. After the birthday party, everyone started preparing for dinner. The main dish was barbecue. With the cooperation of the staff and everyone, the dinner with barbecue as the main food was ready. During the dinner, different team toasted happily and expressed their blessings to each other, their work, and their bright future. Dinner time lasted until after nine o’clock in the evening with good wine, delicious food, and everyone’s beautiful singing. The atmosphere was so harmonious that people never tired of it. The event came to a successful conclusion in a joyful atmosphere, and everyone drove back according to their original groups.
This NSELED annual party went smoothly. This activity enhanced the cohesion among different teams across the company and also shortened the distance between colleagues, thereby promoting smoother future work. The sense of belonging also allows everyone to better integrate into the company culture and team. In addition, it also enriches employees’ spare time life and improves their mental outlook.
